Construction Parameters

Surface treatment	Construction can be carried out after the substrate has been properly treated.
Mixing ratio (weight ratio)	Customers must stir evenly before use Primer A component: Primer B component = 2:1 (weight ratio)
Theoretical coating rate	For a 0.1mm thick dry coating, roller coating requires 0.15-0.2Kg/m2 of paint, and spray coating requires 0.2-0.3Kg/m2.

Drying time	Surface drying: less than 6 hours; through drying: less than 24 hours.

Construction conditions

Painting environment temperature range: 5～35℃. The base surface temperature is at least 5℃ higher than the air dew point temperature; Painting environment humidity range: 30～80%;

Ventilation conditions: Ensure that the construction site is well ventilated and dust-free , and there should be supervisors in confined spaces .

Note : The paint must be mixed evenly in strict accordance with the proportion marked on the certificate;

Construction method

Spraying: Use conventional spraying or airless spraying. It is recommended to use airless spraying for large-scale construction.

Roller coating: Use for large-scale construction.

Brush coating: Use for small areas. Use a soft-bristled brush or roller brush.

Iron drum packaging. DT-04 A: 20 kg/drum DT-04 B: 10 kg/drum

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated indoor warehouse, storage period of half a year.

Safety

All fire sources are strictly prohibited in the batching and construction sites, and good ventilation is maintained. Lacquer splash on the skin should be washed immediately with soapy water, splash into the eyes, should be immediately washed with plenty of water, and then find a doctor to check.
