    Packing
    A = 16 kgs / drum Component A
    B = 4 kgs / drum Component B
    Storage
    • Store materials in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, rain, and sources of fire.
    • Under original packaging and specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date. After opening, use as soon as possible. If unused, reseal and store properly.
    • This product contains no organic solvents and may be transported as a non-hazardous material. Protect from rain and sunlight during transport; avoid severe collisions.
    • Stack neatly and steadily; comply with all relevant transportation department regulations.
    Construction Conditions
    • Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure concrete curing is complete and strength reaches C25 or above, with moisture content below 8%. Proceed to the next process as soon as possible after surface preparation.
    • Environmental temperature & humidity: The ambient temperature at the construction site should be above 5°C; construction may only proceed when relative humidity is less than 85%.
    • Ventilation conditions: Adequate ventilation must be maintained throughout the construction process.
    Construction Methods and Requirements
    • Before use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket and local non-solidification of the floor. The prepared polyurea self-leveling must be used within 15 minutes.
      ⚠️ Attention: The mixed material should not remain in the bucket — pour it onto the construction foundation immediately to avoid rapid solidification.
    • To ensure interlayer adhesion, carry out polishing treatment (note: floating dust must be removed with a vacuum cleaner). Apply a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer by rolling. After the primer is fully cured, mix the polyurea self-leveling composite material evenly in proportion. Pour onto the floor and scrape evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel, depending on thickness requirements).
    • After the surface is completely dry (normally about 12 hours), apply the colored PU topcoat. Mix the two components of topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2–3 minutes, then apply evenly using a high-quality, non-depilatory short-hair roller. Suggested coating rate: approximately 0.2 kg/m².
      ⚠️ Attention: Adhere to the principle of "dedicated personnel for ingredient preparation" and "multiple shortages, continuous supply." Use the paint within 30 minutes.
    • Tools required: Dust-free grinding machine, industrial vacuum cleaner, angle grinder, airless spraying machine (optional), trowel, roller barrel, defoaming drum, brush, measuring instruments, electric mixer, masking tape, etc.
    • Apply protective tape along construction edges to maintain straight boundary lines and prevent contamination. Keep all ingredients and equipment clean.
    • Avoid scheduling construction on summer nights to prevent mosquitoes from landing on the wet coating and affecting surface aesthetics.
    • Do not pour self-leveling materials into drains or sewers.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
    • Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion to ensure optimal performance.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
    Q What is SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea floor material, and how does it differ from traditional epoxy flooring?
    SRT-AB is a 100% solid-content, solvent-free, two-component polyurea self-leveling floor coating. Unlike traditional epoxy flooring, it cures at room temperature without heat, offers superior elongation (≥100%), higher flexibility, and excellent anti-corrosion performance — making it suitable for a wider range of environments including areas requiring impact resistance and micro-elasticity.
    Q How long does SRT-AB polyurea floor coating take to cure before it can be walked on?
    The surface becomes dry within 2 hours and fully dry within 12 hours under normal conditions. However, for optimal paint film performance, it is recommended to allow at least 7 days of full curing after the topcoat is applied before heavy use or traffic.
    Q What are the base surface requirements before applying SRT-AB self-leveling polyurea?
    The concrete base must be clean, flat, and polished to adequate roughness. Concrete curing must be complete with strength at C25 or above. Moisture content of the base must be below 8%, and relative ambient humidity must be below 85% during application. The ambient temperature must be above 5°C.
    Q Is SRT-AB polyurea floor coating environmentally safe? Does it contain VOCs?
    Yes — SRT-AB is 100% environmentally friendly. It contains no organic solvents, no heavy metals, and zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It can also be transported as a non-hazardous material, making it a safe choice for indoor environments such as schools, hospitals, and residential spaces.
    Q How much SRT-AB polyurea material is needed per square meter, and how is it packaged?
    The base consumption rate is 1.2 kg per mm of thickness per m². For a thickness of ≥1.5 mm, a minimum of 1.8 kg/m² is required; for ≥2.0 mm, a minimum of 2.4 kg/m² is needed. The product is packaged as Component A (16 kg/drum) and Component B (4 kg/drum).
    Q What is the shelf life of SRT-AB polyurea floor material, and how should it be stored?
    The shelf life is 12 months from the production date, provided the product is stored in its original sealed packaging in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, rain, and fire sources. Once opened, the material should be used as soon as possible. Any unused portion must be resealed immediately to preserve quality.
