Storage
- The materials should be stored in a dry, cool, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.
- Under the original packaging condition and specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the production date. After opening, please use it as soon as possible. If not in use, it must be resealed and stored.
- This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions with materials.
- It should be neatly and steadily stacked, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Construction Conditions
- Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed and the strength reaches C25 or above, with a moisture content below 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
- Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ℃, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.
- Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
Construction Methods and Requirements
-
1
Before use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket and local non solidification of the floor. Ready to use and prepare — the prepared polyurea self leveling should be used up within 15 minutes.
⚠ Attention: The mixed material should not be placed in the bucket. It should be poured onto the foundation of the construction to avoid rapid solidification of the material.
- 2 During construction, in order to ensure interlayer adhesion, polishing treatment should be carried out (note: polishing floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Then, a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer should be applied by rolling. After the primer is completely cured, the polyurea self leveling composite material should be mixed evenly in proportion. Then, pour this composite material onto the floor and scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel can be selected according to thickness requirements).

After the surface dry absolutely, normally about 12 hours, then please add the colored PU topcoat. Mix the two components of topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2–3 minutes, and then apply them evenly on the floor using a high-quality, non depilatory short hair roller. Suggested coating area: approximately 0.2 kgs/square meters.
⚠ Attention: During construction, adhere to the principle of "dedicated personnel for ingredient preparation", "multiple shortages and continuous supply". The paint should be used up within 30 minutes.
- 4 Using tools: Dust free grinding machine, industrial vacuum cleaner, angle grinder, airless spraying machine (optional), steamed bun knife, roller barrel, defoaming drum, brush, measuring instrument, electric mixer, textured paper, etc.
- 5 In order to prevent contamination of the construction edge and maintain a completely straight line at the processing area, protective tape should be applied, and the ingredients should be kept clean to avoid impurities. Construction equipment and tools should be kept clean.
- 6 Try not to arrange construction on summer nights to avoid mosquitoes falling and affecting the surface aesthetics of the coating.
- 7 Do not pour self leveling materials into the sewer.
- 8 Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
- 9 Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure optimal performance of the paint film.
Suggested Use QTY
- 1.2 kg / mm / m²
- Thickness ≥ 1.5 mm, single square dosage ≥ 1.8 kg
- Thickness ≥ 2.0 mm, single square dosage ≥ 2.4 kg

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea floor material?
SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea floor material is a 100% solid content, solvent-free, two-component polyurea coating system (Component A + Component B) designed for seamless, durable, and anti-corrosion floor applications. It cures at room temperature and offers excellent physical and chemical performance.
Q
How long does SRT-AB polyurea floor material take to cure?
The surface dries within 2 hours and fully dries within 12 hours at room temperature. However, for optimal performance, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after the completion of painting before the floor is put into regular use.
Q
Is SRT-AB polyurea floor material environmentally friendly?
Yes. SRT-AB is 100% solid content with zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). It is completely free from solvents and heavy metals, making it safe for both indoor applications and the environment. It can also be transported as a non-hazardous material.
Q
What are the mixing ratios and working time for SRT-AB?
Component A is packaged at 16 kgs/drum and Component B at 4 kgs/drum. After mixing A and B in proportion, the working time is 10–15 minutes. The mixed material must be used within 15 minutes and should be poured directly onto the floor — do not leave it sitting in the mixing bucket.
Q
What substrate conditions are required before applying SRT-AB polyurea floor?
The concrete base surface must be clean, flat, and polished to a suitable roughness. The concrete should be fully cured with a strength of C25 or above, and the moisture content must be below 8%. The ambient temperature should be above 5°C and relative humidity below 85% during application.
Q
What is the recommended dosage and how thick can SRT-AB be applied?
The recommended dosage is 1.2 kg per mm per m². For a thickness of ≥1.5 mm, the dosage per square meter is ≥1.8 kg; for ≥2.0 mm thickness, dosage is ≥2.4 kg per m². The product can be applied from a few hundred micrometers up to several centimeters in a single application, making it highly versatile for various flooring thickness requirements.
