Typical Application
High-hardness lining for dump trucks, wear-resistant lining for mining machinery and wear-resistant deck surfaces.
Formulated with urea group polymer, crosslinker and terminal amino polyol to greatly upgrade comprehensive material performance. It possesses outstanding physical and chemical properties, featuring excellent water resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and electric insulation performance.

Substrate Surface Treatment
Steel substrate: Sandblasting or pickling treatment
Concrete substrate: Thorough cleaning to remove oil and contaminants
Primer pretreatment is required for all substrates
Construction Conditions
1.Applicable temperature range: -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃
2.Relative humidity ≤ 85%
3.Substrate surface temperature shall be at least 10 ℃ above dew point
4.Measure temperature and humidity close to the substrate surface
5.Do not construct under harsh weather such as rain, snow, strong wind or sandstorm

Storage Requirements
Store indoors in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. The shelf life under normal room temperature is 1 year.

1.All ignition sources are strictly forbidden near materials and construction areas; keep sufficient ventilation all the time.
2.Spraying operators must wear complete protective gear to avoid inhaling paint mist, which may cause eye irritation and skin damage.
