Construction Conditions
1) Base Surface Requirements:
The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.

2) Environmental Temperature & Humidity Requirements:
The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5℃, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.

Operation Methods and Requirements
Step 1 — Mixing:
Part A and Part B are stirred evenly according to the ratio of 5:1, and the appropriate proportion of catalyst is added according to the different temperature and humidity.

Step 2 — Application:
During construction, in order to ensure the adhesion between layers, sanding is performed (Note: sanding floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Roll on solventless epoxy sealing primer. After the primer is completely cured, pour the uniform mixture of Part A and Part B onto the floor, scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm bread knife can be used according to the thickness), and proceed to the next process after curing. It is completely cured in 18 hours at normal temperature. If there is bad weather such as rain after painting, an interface agent must be painted before the next process.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is the mixing ratio of Part A and Part B?
Part A and Part B should be mixed at a ratio of 5:1 by weight. The appropriate amount of catalyst may be adjusted depending on the ambient temperature and humidity at the construction site.
Q
How long does the product take to fully cure at room temperature?
The product is fully cured in approximately 18 hours at normal room temperature. The overall curing time ranges from 18 to 72 hours depending on temperature and humidity — higher temperature and humidity accelerate curing.
Q
What are the minimum base surface requirements before application?
The concrete base must be clean, flat, and sanded to appropriate roughness. The concrete strength should reach C25 or above, and the moisture content must be below 8%. The next process should begin as soon as possible after surface preparation.
Q
What environmental conditions are required during construction?
The ambient temperature should be above 5℃ and relative humidity should be below 85%. Good ventilation must be maintained throughout the construction process to ensure safety and proper curing.
Q
How should this product be stored to maintain its quality?
Store in sealed containers in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain exposure, and any sources of ignition or open flame.
Q
What is the recommended application quantity per square meter?
The recommended dosage is ≥ 1.3 kg per square meter per millimeter of thickness. Actual usage may vary depending on the substrate condition and design thickness requirements.
