Storage
- 1The materials should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.
- 2Under the original packaging condition and specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the production date. After opening, please use it as soon as possible. If not in use, it must be resealed and stored.
- 3This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non-hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions with materials.
- 4It should be neatly and steadily stacked, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Construction Conditions
- 1Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed and the strength reaches C25 or above, with a moisture content below 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
- 2Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5°C, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.
- 3Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
Construction Methods and Requirements
-
1
Before use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket and local non-solidification of the floor. Ready to use and prepare — the prepared polyurea self-leveling should be used up within 15 minutes.
⚠️ The mixed material should not be placed in the bucket. It should be poured onto the foundation of the construction to avoid rapid solidification of the material.
- 2 During construction, in order to ensure interlayer adhesion, polishing treatment should be carried out (note: polishing floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Then, a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer should be applied by rolling. After the primer is completely cured, the polyurea self-leveling composite material should be mixed evenly in proportion. Then, pour this composite material onto the floor and scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel can be selected according to thickness requirements).
-
3
After the surface is completely dry — normally about 12 hours — please add the colored PU topcoat. Mix the two components of topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2–3 minutes, and then apply them evenly on the floor using a high-quality, non-depilatory short hair roller. Suggested coating area: approximately 0.2 kgs/m².
⚠️ During construction, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of "dedicated personnel for ingredient preparation" and "multiple shortages and continuous supply." The paint should be used up within 30 minutes.
- 4 In order to prevent contamination of the construction edge and maintain a completely straight line at the processing area, protective tape should be applied, and the ingredients should be kept clean to avoid impurities. Construction equipment and tools should be kept clean.
- 5 Try not to arrange construction on summer nights to avoid mosquitoes falling and affecting the surface aesthetics of the coating.
- 6 Do not pour self-leveling materials into the sewer.
- 7 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
- 8 Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure optimal performance of the paint film.
Tools required: Dust-free grinding machine, industrial vacuum cleaner, angle grinder, airless spraying machine (optional), steamed bun knife, roller barrel, defoaming drum, brush, measuring instrument, electric mixer, textured paper, etc.
Suggested Use QTY
📐 1.2 kg / mm / m²
Thickness ≥ 1.5 mm — Single square dosage ≥ 1.8 kg
Thickness ≥ 2.0 mm — Single square dosage ≥ 2.4 kg

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q What is SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea floor material?
SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea is a 100% solid content, solvent-free, two-component floor coating material. It cures at room temperature, offers excellent adhesion to various substrates, and delivers seamless, dense, anti-corrosion flooring with outstanding physical and chemical properties.
Q How long does it take for the polyurea floor coating to dry?
The surface becomes dry within approximately 2 hours at room temperature. Full surface drying is achieved within 12 hours, and actual complete drying occurs within 24 hours. For optimal paint film performance, a full curing period of at least 7 days after completion is recommended.
Q Is this polyurea floor material environmentally friendly and safe?
Yes. The SRT-AB polyurea floor material contains 100% solid content with zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is free from organic solvents and heavy metals, making it environmentally friendly and safe for use in schools, hospitals, warehouses, and other sensitive environments.
Q What are the mixing ratios and working time for the two components?
Component A and Component B are mixed in their specified proportions by weight (A: 16 kgs/drum, B: 4 kgs/drum). After mixing, the working time is 10–15 minutes, and the prepared material must be applied within 15 minutes to prevent premature solidification. Always mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes before use.
Q What are the substrate requirements before applying the polyurea floor coating?
The concrete base surface must be cleaned, repaired, and polished to a sufficient roughness. The concrete should be fully cured with a strength of at least C25, and the moisture content must be below 8%. Environmental temperature should be above 5°C, and relative humidity must be below 85% during construction.
Q How should the polyurea floor material be stored, and what is its shelf life?
The product should be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight, rain, and fire sources. Under original packaging and specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Once opened, the product should be used as soon as possible and resealed if not fully consumed.
