Construction conditions
- Painting environment temperature range: 5~35℃. The base surface temperature is at least 5℃ higher than the air dew point temperature.
- Painting environment humidity range: 30~80%.
- Ventilation conditions: Ensure that the construction site is well ventilated and dust-free, and there should be supervisors in confined spaces.
- Note: The paint must be mixed evenly in strict accordance with the proportion marked on the certificate.
Construction method
- Spraying: Use conventional spraying or airless spraying. It is recommended to use airless spraying for large-scale construction.
- Roller coating: Use for large-scale construction.
- Brush coating: Use for small areas. Use a soft-bristled brush or roller brush.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the main applications for DT-04?
DT-04 is widely used for workshop floors, garage parking lots, sports stands, swimming pools, warehouses, storage tanks, and other similar industrial or commercial floorings.
What is the mixing ratio of Primer A and B components?
The mixing ratio is Primer A component : Primer B component = 2:1 by weight. It must be stirred thoroughly and evenly before application.
What is the theoretical coating rate for this product?
For a dry coating thickness of 0.1mm, roller coating requires approximately 0.15-0.2 Kg/m² of paint, while spray coating requires about 0.2-0.3 Kg/m².
What are the environmental requirements for construction?
The painting environment temperature should be between 5~35℃, and the base surface temperature must be at least 5℃ higher than the air dew point. The humidity range should be between 30~80% with good ventilation.
How long does it take for the paint film to dry?
At a substrate temperature of 23℃, the surface drying time is less than 6 to 8 hours, and through drying is achieved in less than 24 hours. The minimum recoating interval is 8 hours.
How should the product be stored and what is the shelf life?
The product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. The standard storage period is half a year (6 months) from the date of manufacture.
