Storage
🏬
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated indoor warehouse with a storage period of one year.
Construction Conditions
📐 Base Surface Requirements
The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
🌡️ Environmental Temperature & Humidity Requirements
The construction environment temperature should be between 5–35 ℃, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
💨 Ventilation Conditions
Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.
Painting Methods and Requirements
- 1 Mix component B of the coating evenly before use.
- 2 Mixing ratio: A : B = 1 : 1 (volume ratio)
- 3 Professional construction teams must use professional spraying equipment for construction, and the material temperature during spraying should be controlled between 50–80 ℃.
- 4 In general, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering adverse weather such as rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process.
- 5 Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure the best performance of the paint film.

Construction Steps
? Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What is the solid content of this polyurea coating, and why does it matter?
This polyurea coating has a solid content of ≥94%, which means very little solvent is released during application. A high solid content results in a thicker, more durable film per coat, better coverage efficiency, and reduced environmental impact from VOC emissions.
Q
What mixing ratio should be used for components A and B?
Components A and B should be mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio. Component B must be stirred evenly before mixing. The blended material should be applied immediately using professional spraying equipment, with the material temperature maintained between 50–80 ℃ during spraying.
Q
What are the recommended application areas for this non-exposed type polyurea coating?
This non-exposed type polyurea coating is suitable for external wall waterproofing, swimming pool waterproofing, general building waterproofing, and sports stand surface protection. It bonds strongly to metals, ceramics, and composite substrates, making it highly versatile across construction scenarios.
Q
How long does the paint film need to cure before the next construction step?
Under normal conditions, the next construction step can proceed after 12 hours of painting. If the interval exceeds 24 hours, or if the surface is exposed to rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before continuing. For full performance, the paint film should cure for at least 7 days after completion.
Q
What are the environmental conditions required during application?
The ambient temperature during construction should be between 5–35 ℃. The base surface temperature must be at least 5 ℃ above the air dew point temperature, and relative humidity should be between 30% and 80%. Good ventilation is required, but application should be avoided during strong wind conditions.
Q
How should this polyurea coating be stored, and what is its shelf life?
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is one year. Ensure containers are tightly sealed after each use to prevent moisture contamination.
