Construction Conditions
📐 Base Surface Requirements
The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
🌡️ Environmental Temperature & Humidity Requirements
The construction environment temperature should be between 5–35°C, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5°C higher than the air dew point temperature. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
💨 Ventilation Conditions
Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.
Painting Methods and Requirements
Mix component B of the coating evenly before use.
Mixing Ratio:
A : B = 1 : 1 (Volume Ratio)
A : B = 1 : 1 (Volume Ratio)
🔧 Professional Construction Requirements
Professional construction teams must use professional spraying equipment for construction, and the material temperature during spraying should be controlled between 50–80°C. In general, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering adverse weather such as rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process. Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure the best performance of the paint film.
Suggested Use QTY
📏 1.2 kg/mm/m²
🔵 Waterproof national standard thickness 1.5 mm — dosage: 1.8 kg/m²
🔴 Anti-corrosion national standard thickness 2.0 mm — dosage: 2.4 kg/m²

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is the solid content of this polyurea coating, and why does it matter?
The solid content is ≥98%, meaning nearly all of the applied material remains as a cured film with minimal shrinkage. This ensures excellent thickness consistency, superior durability, and optimal waterproofing performance after application.
Q
What is the mixing ratio of Component A and Component B?
The mixing ratio is A : B = 1 : 1 by volume. It is important to mix Component B evenly before use and to use professional spraying equipment to ensure consistent blending and proper application.
Q
What are the environmental conditions required during construction?
Construction should be carried out when the ambient temperature is between 5–35°C, and the base surface temperature must be at least 5°C above the dew point. Relative humidity should be between 30% and 80%. Avoid construction in strong wind conditions, though adequate ventilation must be maintained at all times.
Q
How long does the paint film need to cure before it reaches optimal performance?
Under normal conditions, the next process can begin after 12 hours of painting. However, the paint film should be fully cured for at least 7 days after the completion of painting to ensure the best mechanical and waterproofing performance of the coating.
Q
Is this polyurea coating safe and non-toxic for use in sensitive environments?
Yes. This product does not contain harmful substances, and the cured paint film is non-toxic. It is suitable for a wide range of waterproofing and anti-corrosion applications, including rooftops, villa platforms, and terraces, where safety is a priority.
Q
What should be done if construction is interrupted for more than 24 hours or if rain occurs after coating?
If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding with the next process. Similarly, if the coating is exposed to rain or adverse weather conditions after application, a layer of interface agent must be applied before continuing to the next construction step to ensure proper adhesion and coating integrity.
