    Construction Conditions
    🏗️ Base Surface Requirements
The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
🌡️ Environmental Temperature and Humidity Requirements
The construction environment temperature should be between 5–35 ℃, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
    💨 Ventilation Conditions
Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.
    Painting Methods and Requirements
    • Mix component B of the coating evenly before use
    • Mixing Ratio:  A : B = 1 : 1 (volume ratio)
⚠️ Professional construction teams must use professional spraying equipment for construction, and the material temperature during spraying should be controlled between 50–80 ℃. In general, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering adverse weather such as rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process. Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure the best performance of the paint film.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q What is the mixing ratio of SPUA II polyurea coating?
The mixing ratio of SPUA II is A : B = 1 : 1 by volume. It is important to thoroughly mix component B before combining the two components to ensure consistent performance.
Q What are the recommended application thicknesses for waterproofing and anti-corrosion purposes?
For waterproofing, the national standard thickness is 1.5 mm with a dosage of 1.8 kg/m². For anti-corrosion applications, the standard thickness is 2.0 mm with a dosage of 2.4 kg/m². The general usage rate is 1.2 kg/mm/m².
Q What are the base surface requirements before applying the coating?
The concrete base must be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Curing must be complete with a strength of C25 or above, and the moisture content must be below 8%. The next process should be carried out as soon as possible after surface preparation.
Q How long does the paint film need to cure before it reaches optimal performance?
Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after the completion of painting to ensure the best performance. The next process can typically begin after 12 hours, but if the interval exceeds 24 hours, an interface agent must be applied first.
Q Is SPUA II polyurea coating resistant to chemicals and extreme conditions?
Yes. SPUA II demonstrates excellent chemical resistance. It shows no change after being immersed in 20% NaOH solution for 7 days, no change after 8 hours in boiling water, and no change after immersion in 10% HCL solution for 7 days. It also features a Shore A hardness of 90–95.
Q What are the storage conditions and shelf life of this product?
SPUA II should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture when stored under proper conditions.
