Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated indoor warehouse with a storage period of one year.
Construction Conditions
Base Surface Requirements
The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
Environmental Temperature and Humidity Requirements
The construction environment temperature should be between 5~35 ℃, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation Conditions
Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.
Painting Methods and Requirements
- Mix component B of the coating evenly before use.
- Mixing ratio: A : B = 1 : 1 (volume ratio).
- Professional construction teams must use professional spraying equipment for construction, and the material temperature during spraying should be controlled between 50~80 ℃.
- In general, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering adverse weather such as rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process.
- Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure the best performance of the paint film.
Suggested Use QTY
Waterproof national standard thickness 1.5mm — single square meter dosage 1.8 kg;Anti-corrosion national standard thickness 2.0mm — dosage 2.4 kg

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is the mixing ratio of component A and component B?
A
The recommended mixing ratio is A : B = 1 : 1 by volume. Component B should be thoroughly mixed before combining with component A, and professional spraying equipment should be used during application.
Q
What are the environmental conditions required during construction?
A
The construction environment temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃. The base surface temperature must be at least 5℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 30% and 80%. Avoid construction in strong wind conditions.
Q
How long does the paint film need to cure before the next construction step?
A
Under normal conditions, the next process can proceed after 12 hours. If the interval exceeds 24 hours or if the coating is exposed to rain, a layer of interface agent must be applied before continuing. Full curing for optimal performance requires at least 7 days after painting completion.
Q
What base surface conditions are required before application?
A
The concrete base surface must be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. The concrete strength should reach C25 or above, and the moisture content must be less than 8%. The next process should begin as soon as possible after surface preparation.
Q
What is the recommended dosage for waterproof and anti-corrosion applications?
A
For waterproof applications at the national standard thickness of 1.5mm, the dosage is 1.8 kg per square meter. For anti-corrosion applications at a thickness of 2.0mm, the dosage is 2.4 kg per square meter.
Q
How should this product be stored, and what is its shelf life?
A
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is one year. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
