    Storage and Transportation
Sealed and stored in dry, cool, and well ventilated conditions, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and keep away from ignition sources. Under the original packaging state and specified storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the production date. If the storage period exceeds, inspection can be carried out according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used. Please use it as soon as possible after opening, and it must be resealed and stored when not in use. This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions. Materials should be neatly and stably stacked, and should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
    Construction Conditions
Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.

Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5–35 ℃, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.

Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q What is the solid content of this polyurea product?
This product has a solid content of 100%, meaning it contains no solvents and delivers a fully solid coating upon application, ensuring maximum performance and durability.
Q What are the main application areas for this product?
This product is suitable for high-hardness applications including pickup lining, mine wear mechanical lining, and wear deck surfaces where resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and moisture is critical.
Q What are the storage conditions and shelf life?
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse, away from sunlight, rain, and ignition sources. The shelf life is 6 months from the production date under original packaging and specified conditions. Products exceeding the shelf life may still be used if they pass re-inspection according to the product standard.
Q What are the construction environment requirements?
Construction should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 5–35 ℃, with the base surface temperature at least 5 ℃ above the air dew point. Relative humidity should be between 30% and 80%. Adequate ventilation must be maintained, and construction should be avoided during strong wind conditions.
Q How much product is needed per square meter?
The recommended usage is 1.2 kg/mm/m². For the standard waterproof thickness of 1.5 mm, approximately 1.8 kg per square meter is required.
Q Is this product classified as a hazardous material for transportation?
No. This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non-hazardous material. However, during transportation, protection from rain and direct sunlight is required, and severe collisions should be avoided.
