    Packing
    Component A: 16 kgs / drum
    Component B: 4 kgs / drum
    Storage
    • 1Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, and keep away from sources of fire.
    • 2Under original packaging and specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date. After opening, use as soon as possible. If not in use, reseal and store properly.
    • 3This product contains no organic solvents and can be transported as a non-hazardous material. Rain and direct sunlight should be strictly avoided during transport; prevent severe collisions.
    • 4Stack neatly and steadily, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
    Construction Conditions
    • 1Base surface: Clean, repair, and polish the concrete base to a certain roughness. Concrete curing must be complete with strength reaching C25 or above and moisture content below 8%. Proceed to the next process as soon as possible after surface preparation.
    • 2Temperature & Humidity: Environmental temperature must be above 5°C; construction is only permitted when relative humidity is less than 85%.
    • 3Ventilation: Adequate ventilation must be maintained throughout construction.
    Construction Methods and Requirements
    • 1Pour component B into a mixing bucket, then add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom. The prepared polyurea self-leveling must be used within 15 minutes.
⚠️ Attention: The mixed material should not remain in the bucket. Pour it onto the construction foundation immediately to avoid rapid solidification.
    • 2To ensure interlayer adhesion, polish the surface (floating dust must be removed with a vacuum cleaner). Apply a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer by rolling. After the primer fully cures, mix the polyurea self-leveling composite evenly in proportion, pour onto the floor, and scrape evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm, depending on thickness requirements).
    • 3After the surface is completely dry (normally about 12 hours), apply the colored PU topcoat. Mix topcoat components A and B thoroughly for 2–3 minutes and apply evenly using a high-quality short-hair roller. Suggested coating rate: approximately 0.2 kg/m². Use paint within 30 minutes.
🛠️ Tools required: Dust-free grinding machine, industrial vacuum cleaner, angle grinder, airless spraying machine (optional), steamed bun knife, roller barrel, defoaming drum, brush, measuring instrument, electric mixer, textured paper, etc.
    • 4Apply protective tape along construction edges to maintain a straight boundary line. Keep all ingredients and equipment clean to avoid impurities.
    • 5Avoid scheduling construction on summer nights to prevent mosquitoes from landing on the coating surface.
    • 6Do not pour self-leveling materials into the sewer.
    • 7Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
    • 8Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion to ensure optimal performance.
    Suggested Use QTY
    • 1.2 kg / mm / m²
    • Thickness ≥ 1.5 mm — single square dosage ≥ 1.8 kg
    • Thickness ≥ 2.0 mm — single square dosage ≥ 2.4 kg

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
QWhat is SRT-AB self-leveling cold polyurea floor material?
SRT-AB is a 100% solid content, solvent-free, two-component self-leveling cold polyurea floor coating. It combines excellent physical properties — including high tensile strength, good elongation, and strong adhesion — with outstanding anti-corrosion and wear-resistant performance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial flooring applications.
QHow long does SRT-AB polyurea floor material take to cure?
SRT-AB can cure at room temperature. The surface becomes dry within 2 hours, and full surface drying is achieved within 12 hours (≤8 h per test standards). Complete actual drying is achieved within 24 hours. For optimal film performance, allow the paint film to cure for at least 7 days after application before heavy use.
QWhat mixing ratio should be used for components A and B?
The standard packaging ratio is Component A at 16 kgs/drum and Component B at 4 kgs/drum. Always use electronic weighing to ensure the correct proportional ratio when mixing. Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes and use the prepared mixture within 15 minutes to prevent premature solidification.
QWhat are the base surface requirements before applying the polyurea floor coating?
The concrete base surface must be thoroughly cleaned, repaired, and polished to achieve a certain roughness. Concrete curing must be complete with compressive strength reaching C25 or above. The moisture content of the base surface must be below 8%. Environmental temperature should be above 5°C and relative humidity below 85% during construction.
QIs SRT-AB polyurea floor material environmentally friendly and safe to use?
Yes. SRT-AB is 100% solid content with no organic solvents, no heavy metals, and zero VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions, making it an environmentally friendly and safe flooring solution. It can also be transported as a non-hazardous material under standard regulations.
QWhat is the recommended dosage and how many construction passes are needed?
The standard dosage is 1.2 kg per mm per m². For a thickness of ≥1.5 mm, a minimum of 1.8 kg/m² is required; for ≥2.0 mm thickness, a minimum of 2.4 kg/m² is needed. One of the key advantages of SRT-AB is that the required design thickness — from hundreds of micrometers to several centimeters — can be achieved in a single construction pass.
