Storage
- The materials should be stored in a dry, cool, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.
- Under the original packaging condition and specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the production date. After opening, please use it as soon as possible. If not in use, it must be resealed and stored.
- This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions with materials.
- It should be neatly and steadily stacked, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Construction Conditions
- Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed and the strength reaches to C25 or above, with a moisture content below 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
- Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ℃, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.
- Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
Construction Methods and Requirements
-
Mixing PreparationBefore use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket and local non solidification of the floor. Ready to use and prepare, the prepared polyurea self leveling should be used up within 15 minutes. (Attention: The mixed material should not be placed in the bucket. It should be poured onto the foundation of the construction to avoid rapid solidification of the material)
-
Primer & ApplicationDuring construction, in order to ensure interlayer adhesion, polishing treatment should be carried out (note: polishing floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Then, a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer should be applied by rolling. After the primer is completely cured, the polyurea self leveling composite material should be mixed evenly in proportion. Then, pour this composite material onto the floor and scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel can be selected according to thickness requirements).
-
Topcoat ApplicationAfter the surface dry absolutely, normally about 12 hours, then please add the colored PU topcoat. Mix the two components of topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, and then apply them evenly on the floor using a high-quality, non depilatory short hair roller (suggestion: 1. Use tape to remove impurities; 2. Cover the roller with stockings is also ok). Suggested coating area: approximately 0.2kgs/square meters. Attention: During construction, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of "dedicated personnel for ingredient preparation", "multiple shortages and continuous supply"; the paint should be used up within 30 minutes.
-
Edge ProtectionIn order to prevent contamination of the construction edge and maintain a completely straight line (or boundary with the unpainted part) at the processing area, protective tape should be applied, and the ingredients should be kept clean to avoid impurities. Construction equipment and tools should be kept clean.
-
Environmental PrecautionsTry not to arrange construction on summer nights to avoid mosquitoes falling and affecting the surface aesthetics of the coating.
-
DisposalDo not pour self leveling materials into the sewer.
-
SafetySmoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
-
Curing TimeUnder normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure optimal performance of the paint film.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the drying and curing time for this self-leveling polyurea floor?
The material cures at room temperature. It becomes surface dry within 2 to 8 hours, and actually dry within 12 to 24 hours. A full cure to reach optimal performance takes at least 7 days.
What is the pot life (working time) of the mixture once mixed?
Once Component A and Component B are mixed, the self-leveling polyurea must be used and poured onto the foundation within 15 minutes to prevent rapid solidification inside the mixing bucket.
What are the concrete base surface requirements before application?
The concrete base must be clean, flat, and polished to a certain roughness. The concrete must be fully cured with a minimum strength of C25 and a moisture content below 8%.
How much material is required per square meter?
The standard consumption rate is 1.2kg per mm of thickness per square meter. For a thickness ≥ 1.5mm, the dosage is ≥ 1.8kg/m². For a thickness ≥ 2.0mm, the dosage is ≥ 2.4kg/m².
What are the environmental limits for construction?
Construction should only be carried out when the environmental temperature is above 5 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 85%. Good ventilation must be maintained throughout the process.
What is the shelf life and storage protocol for this product?
The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date in its original unopened packaging. It must be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment away from fire, rain, and direct sunlight.
