Construction Conditions
1. Substrate Requirements
Concrete base shall be cleaned, leveled and polished to form proper roughness. Concrete curing must be fully completed with strength ≥ C25 and moisture content <8%. Proceed to next process immediately after substrate treatment.
2. Ambient Temperature & Humidity
- ● Construction temperature: 5 ~ 35 ℃
- ● Substrate surface temperature shall be at least 5 ℃ higher than dew point
- ● Relative humidity: 30% ~ 80%
- ● Keep ventilation; stop construction under strong wind.
Coating Method & Requirements
- 1. Stir Component B thoroughly before use; volume mixing ratio A:B = 1:1.
- 2. Professional spraying equipment is mandatory; material temperature controlled at 50 ~ 80 ℃ during spraying.
- 3. Next process can be carried out after 12 hours curing. If interval exceeds 24 hours, apply interface agent before re-spraying.
- 4. If rain occurs after coating, apply interface agent before subsequent construction.
