Construction Conditions
- 1 Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
- 2 Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5℃, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.
- 3 Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Add 0.7%–1% water to QT and stir well. During construction, in order to ensure the adhesion between layers, sanding is performed (Note: sanding floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Roller coating sealing primer, after the primer is completely cured, thin scraping with a leather rake, the thickness of 1~1.5㎜ is appropriate, the scraping time interval before curing (generally about 12 hours, depending on the weather conditions on the site) until the required thickness.
💡 Note: It is recommended to use all within 40 minutes after mixing, otherwise the viscosity will increase sharply, affecting the continued use. After curing, proceed to the next process. It is completely cured in 18 hours at normal temperature. If there is bad weather such as rain after painting, an interface agent must be painted before the next process.
